We operate with secured payment instruments as our standard approach — irrevocable and confirmed where required, issued from rated financial institutions. For repeat buyers with established relationships we may consider other structured arrangements on a case-by-case basis. We do not trade on open account for new counterparties.

Lead time depends on product availability at origin and vessel frequency to your destination port. For readily available stock, we can typically ship within a few weeks of payment confirmation. For indent orders or custom grades, timelines may be longer. We will confirm the realistic timeline in our proposal.

For agro commodities and certain chemicals, samples can be arranged — typically at the buyer's courier cost for first engagement. For metals and solar products, we rely on independent quality verification reports which provide a complete picture of product specification, grade and condition without the need for physical samples.

We are a principal in every transaction — we buy from the supplier and sell to you. This is not a brokerage model. It means we carry the commercial responsibility for quality, documentation and delivery. We do not pass names through; we are the counterparty you trade with.
